Ironbridge Fine Arts summer exhibition is currently running and offers a fantastic opportunity to see the works of exciting artists. The gallery itself is in a fantastic position in the heart of Ironbridge and is among one of the largest private galleries in Shropshire. Positioned right on the river the approach and surrounding area offers a lovely day out. The current exhibition runs until 31st August and feedback has so far been excellent. Comments have included:
“Lovely gallery. Such a variety of works. Loved Carls photo’s so unusual and challenging. Many thanks.“ David Humpherson
“Brilliant! Fabulous place, wonderful service and lovely people to do business with!” C Stokes, Market Drayton
Artists included in the exhibition include Carl Bennett, Edward Mackenzie, Dave Gunning, Diana Wayne and more.
Carl Bennett Photography
One of the highlights of the current exhibition has to be the photograph works of Carl Bennett. The collection of beautiful Photographs greets you as you first walk through the gallery doors. The artist has traveled throughout Europe and the UK capturing the natural beauty of abandoned decaying buildings. This makes for a collection which is equally intriguing and haunting. A must see this summer.
