A spiral staircase is suitable for a wide range of applications from Residential to Industrial, and complying with the requirements of BS.5395: Part 2. Rising clockwise or anti-clockwise to suit customer’s requirements.
Alternative type treads and landings are available such as pan type or open mesh. Landings are provided to fit existing situations where details are available or to suit new applications.
Additional balusters are required for stairs in residential situations in order that any gaps do not exceed 100mm.
