Puddle flange, the original and the best offered by Interflow UK

puddle flange

In millions of buildings and structures all over the world today, the puddle flange, a sealing system first developed and patented by FRANK in the early 1980’s is in use.

Having been appointed UK distributor for FRANK puddle flanges, they have been purposely designed for clear on-site installation to provide assured watertight sealing of pipes through concrete walls, foundation plates and manholes. Which are suitable for all standard pipes in steel, plastic, concrete, stoneware and cast iron from 20mm to 3200mm diameter. Preventing the ingress of pressurised water, diffusing media such as gases, including radon, and hydrocarbons like oil and petrol, FRANK puddle flanges are pressure-tight up to 10 bar.

A perfect solution for any application and the cost effective alternative to conventional sealing systems. The FRANK puddle flange has a wide variety of easy-to-install versions and is exceedingly flexible. Made from EPDM, FRANK puddle flanges are chemically resistant to a wide range of acids and bases and depending on the diameter are proven to be tight up to pressures between 8 and 10 bar, also offering exceptional resistance to ozone and weather. With a special radon-resistant version offered to seal against this radioactive gas, FRANK puddle flanges made in NBR are available.

HKD systems are also distributed by Interflow, with guaranteed watertight seals up to 4 bar pressure. Including failsafe sealing solution for service conduits cast into concrete without sleeves. HKD service conduits are supplied ready for use, requiring no site preparation work prior to installation. Including options such as KE Socketless service conduit, KG Wall Ducts and Floor Ducts, together with KG Twin Sockets for installation in pump sumps and where suitability for thin-walled concrete structures is vital.

Ensured sealing of below-ground service entries available ex stock for rapid delivery to site throughout the UK are low-cost products offered by both FRANK and HKD.
