TCAS found 86 significant leaks in their systems, which once calculated came to show that they were paying out nearly £25,000 in annual electricity costs. To repair these leaks was a fraction of the annual electricity bill, coming to just £4,500, meaning they saw a return on the repair within a matter of weeks.
