Metalline make aluminium composite panels up to 6000mm in length.

Metalline’s Ultima panels are the finest aluminium composite panels manufactured in the UK today, and have been specified for many prestigious facades over the past 25 years.

The composite panels usually consist of two thin aluminium sheets bonded to a non-aluminium core. They are frequently used for external cladding or facades of building, insulation and signage.

The external and internal facing material is most commonly aluminium, with several finishes available, such as Natural Silver, Bronzes from light to dark, Black and Stone-grey, all with an anodised finish. They can also be provided with alternative facings, such as perforated aluminium, brushed stainless steel or patterned copper.

Metalline’s commitment to research and development has meant that they have become the first UK company to be able to manufacture panels up to 6000mm x 2000mm. The Ultima panels have been independently tested for its fire resistance as for many projects this is a key requirement. A selection of specific facings and core materials can be incorporated, many of which can be supplied with the required fire retardant properties.

BREEAM is the world’s foremost environmental assessment method and has become one of the most widely recognised measures of a buildings environmental performance, and Metalline supplies a range of A rated insulation materials to help take your project to the next BREEAM level.

The insulated element of the Ultima panels mean that they can be specified for buildings in high noise areas, such as airports, city centres and industrial environments, and still meet any acoustic criteria that you may have.

Metalline’s aluminium composite panels are the perfect solution for many buildings and can help take your project to the next level.
