Fascia panels are the long, straight boards that run along the lower edge of the roof. They hold all the guttering systems and are attached directly to the brow of a roof.
They are vertical construction panels placed underneath roofing edges, which form the outside of the building’s cornice. Fascias are used profoundly within architecture not only for stunning visual effects but they also serve as a functional weatherproof seal. Metalline’s Fascias panels are more often than not fabricated from 3mm aluminium with either an anodised Anolok finish or polyester powder coated in most RAL and BS colours. Fascia panels from Metalline can also include an insulated core to considerably improve the thermal insulation of buildings. This helps in keeping the building warmer within the winter and much cooler in summer. All the fascia panels that Metalline offer are manufactured within their warehouse in Cannock, Staffordshire to the highest level of architectural building standards.
